Managing Production at EMCC

• Production server (http://emcc.mit.edu) is a working directory. Only emergency changes should ever be made directly there.
• Development server (http://emcc.mit.edu:8081/) is another working directory
• You can (and probably should!) make your own working directory
• Since we don't have a QA staff, be careful with your commits.
• Only trusted staff may check out files into production servers

This process isn't perfect, and will vary with time as we gain experience and build tools.
