If you have employment-related questions or issues, whether yours or those of someone in your unit who is turning to you, your first step should be to check for information available through Human Resources and contact your School of Engineering Human Resources Officer. If you are a new SoE administrator who has a peer advisor, you can also turn to him or her for initial guidance.
