Through participating in UPOP, your organization can help MIT demonstrate to its students that applying their classroom learning in real world settings is an invaluable part of their undergraduate engineering education. Process for Employer Participation: 1. Employers are asked to complete the on-line UPOP Employer Registration Form. 2. UPOP staff will register the employer and create the internship description on MonsterTrak.com. 3. UPOP staff will then advertise the opportunity to students and will assist the company in identifying students based on position requirements. 4. Resumes will be sent to employer.
