The automated DLC Level II Inspections System is used by EHS
Coordinators, EHS office staff, or other designees during the
semiannual EHS inspection to create custom checklists for each
PI/ Supervisor inspection and enter findings and actions to
be taken to correct findings. PI/ Supervisors and their EHS
Representative have access to the system to describe actions
they have taken to correct findings. If you have questions,
contact your EHS Coordinator
or the EHS Office (2-3477). |
