For EHS Coordinators and others authorized to
access EHS training reports for their departments
labs or centers, there are four reporting options:

Training Report 1 (by DLC)- Status summary
of web, classroom, and other requirements
for the department, lab or center
- EHS
Training Report 2 (by individual) - Status
of web, classroom, and other training requirements
for an individual
- EHS
Training Report 3 (by PI) - a report that
limits the results to one PI. Provides the
same information as Report 1 on status of
web, classroom, and other training requirements
for individuals who are affiliated with the
PI. Report users can only view training records
for those who are affiliated with the DLC(s)
and PI(s) that they are authorized to view.

Training report for academic subjects, special
groups, EHS activity, or job title - Use
this report to review the EHS training completion
status for students enrolled in a particular
academic course that requires EHS training,
a member of a special group, those who self
selected an EHS activity in the Training Needs
Assessment, or those under a specific job
title that had EHS training requirements set
for it. If you can't fine what you are looking
for, it may be because we have not authorized
you yet to run this report. Let us know by

DLC Assessment Report - a report that
shows the status of a department, lab or center's
current training compliance, Level II inspections
results, and core hazards from PI space Registration.
Report Users can only view training records
for the DLCs that they are authorized to view.
