Harrington-Richardson Arms Co. (1962).: Dynamic analyses of the firing mechanism of the M-14 U.S. Army rifle to detect deficiencies caused by punctured primers. High speed photography was used to observe the firing action through a window cut in the bolt. Redesign was recommended.
