Registering an Event

Where Do I Register My Event?

Event Registration is done digitally through Atlas. If you have questions about the Event Planning Virtual Form in Atlas (i.e. I cannot log on, etc.), you will want to contact the IS&T help desk.

If you have questions about event registration in general, then contact the appropriate event registration policy office:

  • Departments – MIT Events and Information Center (7-121, 253-4795, digitalreg@mit.edu).
  • Students – their appropriate Residential Life Area Director (RLAD) if the event is being held in a residence hall.
  • FSILGs – FSILG Office (W59-200, 253-7546, fsilg-office@mit.edu).
  • ASA Student groups – the Student Organizations, Leadership and Engagement Office (W20-500, 253-6777, sole@mit.edu)
  • Sloan student groups – the Sloan Student Life Office (E52-101, 253-5049, slquestions@sloan.mit.edu.

Please note that Atlas provides a training video, especially helpful for students and anyone new to registering an event.
