Children bear the
burden of carrying water uphill daily from the community’s broken
boreholes which can often prevent them from attending school.

11/10/09: Interested in getting involved? EWB-MIT is looking for
a public relations chair, an events coordinator and a fundraising

11/08/09: The EWB Northeast Region Conference is done and we are
hard at work improving EWB-MIT.
9/24/09: TEAM MEETINGS:

9/10/09: Our first GBM
of the semester will be held on September 17th at 6:30pm in Room 4-163!

different ways you can get involved.

8/28/2009: We have concluded our assessment trip and as the semester
begins again, will begin looking at possible solutions for Ddegeya and
Engeye Health Clinic. Keep checking back for meeting updates.

7/15/2009: Tickets have been bought for two student members and
two professional engineers to travel to Ddegeya, Uganda for two weeks
