The MIT Faculty Club & Catering is excited to announce its new Pastry Chef, Jared Brooks. Jared not only raises the bar, he kneads it, bakes it, dips it and glazes it too! You and your guests will be blown away by the scrumptious five star pastries, cakes and desserts he is creating for the MIT community. Jared's house-made breakfast pastries, coffee cakes and cookies are available everyday at The Refresher Course Café on the first floor of Building E52. Even in uncertain economic times, the event must go on! The Club's management team recognizes the ever-growing need to do more with less, and it has worked with loyal customers and new converts to create more economical events that still garner rave reviews from guests.
