“Dear Colby - Sorry for the delay in sending this note.  It has been a bit hectic with our move. This is a special note of thanks for the superb service provided by your team assisting with the successful Koch Institute Leadership Council meeting on November 4th in the Media Lab Silverman Skyline and Winter Garden Rooms. Due to a misunderstanding with the event coordinator at the Media Lab, the room was barren when I arrived and the rugs were being dried from overnight cleaning.  Your entire team worked very hard to make an extremely stressful situation into the setting that I wanted for my meeting. They assisted in arranging tables and chairs in the arrangement that I needed for the meeting.
Catering Manager Francisco Arellano, Waitstaff Leo Deleon, and Steward Jimmy Hagan all went above and beyond to make the meeting a success. I truly appreciate all of their work.
