Secure your on-campus event space.
Work with a Faculty Club Sales Manager to finalize the menu, timing, and set-up for the event. The set-up of rooms arranged through the Campus Activities Complex (CAC) will be coordinated through their office. The set-up of other event spaces can be arranged by the MIT Faculty Club.
A signed Event Order is required to secure our services, along with a requisition or non-refundable deposit.
If cancellation becomes necessary, a fee will be assessed to cover any costs incurred. Additionally, all deposits are non-refundable.
