Audio/Visual Equipment Services
The Faculty Club at MIT is pleased to provide you with any audio/visual equipment necessary for your event. Please ask your sales manager if you do not see the equipment that you require — we can arrange for more sophisticated equipment and advanced support services such as video/audio recording, video conferencing, on-site technician services, etc. To best serve and manage your event, all audio/visual needs should be contracted and coordinated with your Faculty Club sales manager.

- A/V set-ups during business hours (9AM — 5 PM) incur a $48 labor/delivery fee in addition to the cost of the equipment
- A/V set-ups before business hours and between 5 — 6 PM during the business week incur a $125 labor/delivery fee
- A/V set-ups after 6 PM and for weekend events incur a $250 labor/delivery fee
