MIT freshmen come from all over the world to take advantage of a first class education. They embark on their college careers with a wealth of knowledge and experiences already under their belts and are eager to put them to use. This is where you come in.

F/ASIP links these extraordinary students to smart, forward-thinking companies - resulting in an experience that provides immediate and tangible value to both students and employers.

Here is the best part - it is simple and easy to participate. The three criteria needed are: time, challenging work and an MIT alumna (us) to serve as a mentor. The only cost of the program is the student's summer wages, which are negotiated directly with you. We provide professional-skills training for the students and help them connect with you.

- Financial modeling and analysis
- Computer programming, utilizing JAVA, SQL, XML, HTML, PERL, C++, and ColdFusion
- Software Testing
- Clinical and laboratory research
- Mechanical design and fabrication
