New! Employer Registration forms are now available online for your convenience. Please be sure to submit both of the following forms in order to allow us to post your internship opportunity for F/ASIP students: To participate as a F/ASIP Employer this year, please take the following steps: STEP ONE: Complete the Company Registration Form. STEP TWO: Post your F/ASIP Internship position description via the F/ASIP website. This includes identifying your timeline and process for recruitment (resume drop vs. on-campus interviews). If you would like to simply re-activate your posting from a previous year, please let us know. STEP THREE: Following the resume collection deadline, identify candidates whom you are interested in pursuing as potential candidates. Begin the recruitment process according to your internal procedures. We encourage you to keep F/ASIP informed of your status and timeline throughout this process. Also, please review and adhere to the MIT Career Development Center's recruitment policies. STEP FOUR: Make offers to the candidates you have selected. All offers are to be negotiated directly between the employer and candidate. Other Opportunities for F/ASIP Involvement There are also a number of ways to become further involved with F/ASIP this year. Through participation in events such as Mock Interview Nights or our Employer On-Campus Luncheon series, your organization will have the opportunity to develop greater visibility on campus while connecting with potential intern candidates!
