Ljupco Manevski is the lead dancer and Dance Director of Tanec, the Macedonian National Folk Ensemble of Skopje. Goran Alachki has been designated one of the "Living Cultural Treasures of Macedonia" by the Macedonian Ministry of Culture. Adrijana Alacka is an award winning vocalist and recording artist.

All three are appearing in Boston for the very first time, and we are extremely lucky to be able to learn from these masters! Don't miss this wonderful opportunity!

Private accordion lessons can be arranged with Goran on Sunday 1/21/07 by advance arrangement.

The Gogofski Trio is a Boston-based group comprised of Dave Golber (clarinet), Henry Goldberg (drums), Colin Ferguson (accordion), and Heather Lee (vocals). The trio performs gutsy Macedonian music, sometimes straying across borders into other countries, and prefers to play out on the floor with the dancers, rather than up on the stage.

Goran and Adrijana will also perform at the Sabur Restaurant in Somerville, MA on Sunday January 21, from 9-11 pm. Hear them close up in the intimacy of Sabur's Lounge. Admission is free, but please show your gratitude to Sabur by buying a drink! Eat there before the concert -- the food is great!
