Nov 23 2002 - Today's NFC/NCAA meet at Brandeis University proved challenging for the Engineers. Nevertheless, both the Men's and Women's Teams finished 3-1, the men losing to Brandeis and the women to St.John's. See the results of the competition or read The Tech article.

Nov 16 2002 - The MIT Fencing team was undefeated in today's home meet, our first NFC meet of the season. The Women's Team finished 6-0, and the Men's Team was 4-0. Check out the results of the competition or read The Tech article.

Sep 29 2002 - Congratulations to all the new team members! The new team roster will be posted once new recruits are assigned to squads. Equipment Distribution and individual Men's and Women's Team meetings will take place this week. On Monday, September 30th the Women's Team will hold its meeting in the Fencing Room starting at 5:30. The Men's Meeting will be held on Tuesday (October 1st). All team members are expected to attend

Sep 10 2002 - Tryouts for the Fencing Team start today at 5pm in the Fencing Room . If you cannot make it to this first practice and are still interested in fencing, please email the men's captain, Tony Reinen, or the women's captain, Priscilla del Castillo.

Aug 30 2002 - All team members and Freshmen are reminded that the Athletics Gateway will be held today on the 2nd floor of Johnson from 2:30 to 4pm. Members of the Fencing Team will be present to answer questions and will be showing fencing demos.
