The Office of Finance has developed an Employee Guidebook to facilitate the on-boarding process of new employees into the Office and MIT working environment.

The Employee Guidebook provides both an overview of MIT and the Office of Finance, plus key information concerning the Office mission, areas of responsibility, financial analysis and budgeting and planning.
