End of Term Processes

The end of the Spring Term is practically here. This is important information about planning for the end of this term, including guidelines and procedures for checking grades, and help for you if you did not do as well academically as you’d hoped.

Finding Out Your Spring Grades

Check WebSIS after May 24 to find out your grades. WebSIS will show all grades of A, B, C, D, or F. Grades of D or F are not passing grades.

Failing One or More Subjects: UAAP/CAP Academic Review

At the end of each term, the Committee on Academic Performance (CAP) reviews the performance of all undergraduates. Freshmen who pass 39 or fewer units of credit receive special consideration by the Committee on Academic Performance, which evaluates each student's situation on an individual basis.

It is important to be pro-active in assessing your performance and coming up with a plan for success.

If you are already on Warning from Fall term, it is critical that you write a statement to your advisor. You need to be proactive and advocate for yourself to be given another chance for academic success.
