Advising Right Now: Development & Training Meetings

The Office of Undergraduate Advising and Academic Programming holds Advisor Development Meetings throughout the academic year. The goal of these sessions is to develop a highly knowledgeable and invested community of freshman advisors. These meetings are great opportunities to get together with fellow advisors, to learn more about campus resources, and to share information and insights with each other.

August All-Advisor Orientation

The annual Advisor Orientation will be held on Monday, August 29, 9-10:30 AM in Room 10-250. This meeting is for all freshman advisors.

Faculty from the Science Core, HASS, Communication, and Physical Education requirements will present the various options for meeting their parts of the General Institute Requirements. Opportunity for audience Q&A.

Upcoming Advisor Development Meetings

Continuing education meetings for freshman advisors are held several times per term. Topics are posted as scheduled. Please check back!
