Advising Right Now

The section is regularly updated and designed to help you in your role as an associate advisor. It provides you with advice on working with your advising group, and the information you need to stay informed on important issues at critical points throughout the academic year so that you can advise more effectively.

Right now, your advisees might be concerned about dropping classes, finals preparation, declaring majors and pre-registering for fall classes. Additionally, freshmen might have questions about summer UROPs and other opportunities. Being available to your advisees is critical as the first year comes to an end.
