To make your transition to MIT as seamless as possible, carefully read the information provided in the sections marked "To Do Before You Arrive" and " To Do When You Arrive." Both sections contain information that is critical to your transfer to MIT.

The first section contains time-sensitive instructions and deadlines that you must act on soon, such as housing, medical information requirements, financial aid, transfer credit, computing at MIT, and Advanced Standing exams.

The second section contains important to-do items to be considered once you arrive. Included are details on the MIT ID/Meal Card, and Academic Department Contacts.
