Syllabus

Continuation of introductory course to the French language and culture with emphasis on acquisition of vocabulary and grammatical concepts through active communication. Conducted entirely in French. Exposure to the language via a variety of authentic sources such as the Internet, audio, video and printed materials which help develop cultural awareness as well as linguistic proficiency. Coordinated language lab. For graduate credit see 21F.352. Meets with 21F.372 when offered concurrently. Limited to 18 per section. Students who are enrolled in 21F.076 Globalization should register for 21F.372. Prereq: 21F.301, 21F.371, or permission of instructor; Coreq for 21F.372: 21F.076.
