Danielle is identifying and characterizing suppressors of the temperature-sensitive seizure mutant, Nervous Wreck. Using this approach, Danielle has been able to separate the temperature-sensitive seizure behavior from the abnormal morphological development of the NMJ synapse in the mutants, suggesting these phenotypes have unique origins. |
