"Voodoo Science" at MIT?

Manbo Maude is sitting and holding the gourd rattle with beads and cowbells attached to it. This rattle is called "ason" in Kreyòl and it's a sacred object in Vodou – for use in ceremonies. The ason can also double as a music instrument.
