Hi! I'm Francisca Vasconcelos, a Portuguese-American, born in Boston and raised in San Diego. I am a member of the MIT Class of 2020, majoring in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science, with a double major in Physics. I am interested in exploring the intersection of machine learning and physics, particularly in the domain of quantum computation/information. I hope to someday become a researcher and help solve some of humanity's largest challenges through development of cutting-edge technology.
