find that disturbing but it's not my business and sometimes a child needs to be slapped I do nothing I just watch... I recoil immediately but then think about my mother appropriately disciplining me. I think that corporal punishment can be justified to some extent, but it is not ok in public. I would be very uncomfortable and probably ack like nothing happened and go about my business. I will be concerned I will do nothing first but if the mother continues, I will try to speak to her and stop her. I would be disappointed but not do anything I would be shocked at first but then probably just keep on walking. I would laugh hysterically. The kid deserved probably deserved it. I would laugh. I would make a face and continue my shopping. I would not do anything. I would find it pitiful and discouraging. I would probably wince. I would think this is unnecessary and she should have kept her child's behavior in line before the child acted badly enough to warrant a slap. I would turn the other way. I'm not sure what I would do, but I wouldn't approve. O well, some kids are bad, but still she should at least do it in private Possibly nothing. Maybe the child deserves it. Say nothing, not my business	"et pan!" c'est bien fait pour lui, je suis sûr qu'il l'a bien cherché C'est bien triste mais chacun élève ses enfants comme bon lui semble ça me fait rigoler cela ne me regarde pas chacun éduque ses enfants comme il l'entend il a dû faire une grosse bêtise il le mérite peut-être J'essaie d'épier la situation pour en connaître la raison J'échange un regard complice avec l'enfant je laisse la mère inculquer ses propres principes à son enfant Je le regrette profondément mais je ne réagis pas Je les regarde et essaie de voir si l'enfant n'est pas régulièrement battu. Si c'est le cas, je me dois d'agir par assistance à personne en danger. je me dis qu'il l'a bien cherchée et ça me fait marrer je ne dirai rien. je ne dis rien elle a peut-être raison. un enfant a parfois besoin d'être recadré. Je ne fais ni ne pense rien (sauf si la gifle est vraiment d'une violence particulière). je ne fais rien mais je m'interroge sur la raison de cette gifle l'enfant a du être insupportable L'enfant a été capricieux, il est normal que la mère le corrige on devrait toujours essayer de faire autrement pas de remarque : chacun éleve son enfant à sa manière, je n'ai pas à juger les gens que je ne connais pas
