Deux d'entre vous pensent qu'un bon patron laisse à
ses employés la possibilité d'être créatifs.
Cette idée est totalement absente de l'esprit des français
d'après nos réponses au questionnaire.En France,
il me semble que seuls les employés du secteur "Recherche-Développement"
doivent être créatifs et innover, les autres n'en
ont pas vraiment le droit.Qu'en est-il dans les entreprises américaines?

hmm. my general impression of workplaces here is that people
want to work, but they want to feel like they are "part of
a community" and are "actively seeking" solutions
and are a "contributing member" blah blah blah. Basically,
i suppose they want to feel like a cherished member of a wonderfully
energetic team, one who is making a difference. bear in mind,
though , that even entry-level jobs etc usually ask for "creative"
people... presumably that means they can think and use common
sense. or, maybe it means people don't want to work in a place
that is full of rules and regulations about what you can and cannot
do, for hairstyles to uniform to arrangements of papers on desks.
