Waterfall Method
A traditional linear model of the software development process that suggests each phase of development could be completed independently and passes its results onto the next phase.

Web Application
An FSS product based around SAP web transactions. Specifically, an SAP transaction with a web user-interface.

Wizard/Assistant
A special type of dialog box that takes a user through a step-by-step procedure to simplify what might otherwise be a more complex procedure. "Wizard" is the term used in Windows. "Assistant" is the term for the Mac OS.

Wizard Pages
A set of transaction pages that guide a user through an ordered step-by-step workflow. The format is usually "begin, continue, continue,...finish."
