Test Issues Status Definitions

New issue has been recorded and no further action has occurred.

Open issues have been assigned to a Project Manager by QA.

Assigned issues have been assigned, by the Project Manager, to a developer who is responsible for researching and resolving the issue.

Active issues have been reviewed by the assigned developer and are waiting for resolution.

Resolved issues contain comments from the developer related to the resolution of the issue.

Test issues have been fixed and QA has assigned people to retest the issue.

Review signifies that retesting has been completed and the issue is ready for final review by QA.

Closed issues have been successfully retested and/or reviewed by QA.

Pending issues have been reviewed by QA and need further investigation before being closed.
