The day to day operations of the GCWS are run by one staff member, the Program Manager, who operates in collaboration with the faculty Board of Directors. The office is open and the Program Manager is present Mondays - Thursdays, 8:00 AM - 5 PM.
As Program Manager for GCWS, Andi Sutton manages the curriculum, financial, events, and overall program administration as well as development and outreach for the Consortium for Graduate Studies in Gender, Culture, Women, and Sexuality. She is also an artist, and produces work nationally and internationally in galleries, museums, and public settings that incorporate food, agriculture, television and street intervention, video, performance, and installation. A Women’s Studies graduate of one of the GCWS member institutions, Tufts University and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, she is proud to be able to continue to work to advance the field and support Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies scholarship at her alma mater and fellow Boston area schools.
