What are the possibilities?
Students at MIT are able to engage with the world in a variety of ways. Students can enroll in a study abroad program taking classes in a foreign language, or undertake a research project, participate in an internship or assist an under privileged community through public service opportunities.
Information on the many options for undergraduate and graduate students can be found in the following websites:
- Discover various ways to study abroad or apply for a distinguished fellowship

- Participate in an international internship through MISTI programs
- Conduct research abroad through an International UROP (IROP)
- Explore global research, courses and programs at Global MIT
- Utilize the "Big Guide to Living and Working Abroad" offered through the MIT Career Development Center
