I fell in love
with glass at the 1964 World's Fair in New York—and still have
the little blue glass horse to prove it! It took me quite a few
years to begin to work in glass myself- and I've been lucky to find
ways to do that while holding down a "normal" job. I'm
a monitor for beginner classes at MIT and blow whenever I can. I've
taken classes at Corning and Haystack. I generally make functional
vessels, and lately am interested in glass that looks like other
materials, such as pottery or wood.
