Stephanie Hartman I started as a beginner in the MIT Glass Lab in 2001 and was immediately hooked. Over time, I’ve taken classes in furnace blowing, casting, sandblasting and graal techniques. I’ve also studied at the Haystack Mountain School of Crafts. I’ve been teaching beginner’s glassblowing for the last four or so years. Prior to my work with glass, my main artistic outlet was drawing—particularly the human figure. I’ve started to draw again and would like to find a way to combine the two. |
