Whitney Cornforth I've been teaching classes at the Glass Lab since 2001. Prior to that, I monitored practice sessions and took classes while I was an undergraduate and graduate student in the Department of Ocean Engineering at MIT. I've studied glasscasting at The Pilchuck Glass School through grants from The Council for the Arts Grants Program and The Council-Pilchuck Partner Scholarship, and Cold Working Glass Techniques at Massachusetts College of Art. I've worked as a production assistant at Avon Place Glass and Simple Syrup Glass Studios. I have taught classes at Cambridge Glass School and am currently teaching classes at Simple Syrup Glass Studios as well. |
