"My goal
is to eventually achieve a high level of skill in this craft. I
am self motivated and stubborn to the task. I find the alchemical
nature of glass contains symbolic qualities for personal transformation.
Since glass is composed of a combination of elements and opposing
but complementary forces, it is a medium that is ever challenging,
ever irresistible, ever transforming to the spirit of the person
who seeks to begin to understand its mysteries."
