"U.S. Climate Change Strategy: A New Approach"
At the time of the Administration's February 2002 announcement of U.S. climate policy, a Policy Book was distributed in hard copy, and put up on the White House web site (http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2002/02/climatechange.html). In the section on "National Goal" in the hard copy there were figures that were not included in the web version. The version of that section with the figures is reproduced here.
