The rear wheels of our cart are bicycle wheels that have undergone some of our custom modifications. In the process of making them, members of the team had to undergo the delicate process of trueing the wheels.

Our electronics team builds a complex circuit to help the electrons get from the batteries to the motor while giving the driver full controls.

Our entire frame was welded together to provide maximum vehical stability and safety for our driver.

As we worked on our cart, things went wrong(as one would expect). The risky business of tripping out one motor for turbo mode resulted in us destroying motors. Here, Buf switches in a new motor.

The final stage in putting the cart together was mounting the electronics and such. Here we see Ben getting the back area of the cart ready to weld the bracing parts in as Alex checks the brakes.

The first time out with the cart was a thrill. Actually seeing the beast you've put so many hours into move was really neat. Fortunately, everythign worked pretty well.
