the Gordon-MIT Engineering Leadership Program"
In this post-conference workshop on June 14, participants will get a behind-the-scenes look at how the Bernard M. Gordon-MIT Engineering Leadership Program was conceived, designed, and implemented, and how it is currently operating and being assessed.
If you're considering establishing an engineering leadership program at your university, this interactive workshop will be especially illuminating, useful and helpful.
Led by current ELP faculty and staff, this participatory workshop includes these topics:
- Design and start-up of the program
- Curricular and program components
- Program delivery
- Engineering Leadership Lab (ELL) activity
- Program assessment
