Edgerton Center

The Edgerton Center's goal is to couple service learning with practical education. The Center's Outreach Program offers opportunities for Cambridge Public School students or community groups to explore the puzzles of science and technology in a stimulating, hands-on environment.

MIT Museum

The MIT Museum presents exhibitions and programs that explore the foundations and frontiers of science and technology. The Museum makes a variety of fun, educational programs available to the public.

MIT World

MIT World™ is a free, open, video streaming web site that provides on-demand video of significant public events at MIT. It is the venue for the public at large, the MIT community, and alumni to have access to video taped events at MIT.

Council for Primary and Secondary Education

The Council on Primary and Secondary Education (CPSE) catalogs the programs that bring the strengths of MIT to bear on the American K-12 system. The CPSE web site offers information on dozens of MIT's programs for K-12 students and teachers.

List Visual Arts Center

The List Visual Arts Center's mission is to explore challenging, intellectually inquisitive, contemporary art making in all media. The Center offers a wide range of educational programs to enhance visitor appreciation of the visual arts, including free gallery tours, artists' talks, and film and video screenings.

Open Courseware

Open Courseware is a large-scale, Web-based electronic publishing initiative that will provide free, searchable, coherent access to MIT's course materials for educators in the non-profit sector, students, and individual learners around the world.
