We have scheduled a "Health Talk" offered by Anna Jasonides, a nutritionist at MIT Medical. Based on your survey responses, the most popular time was Friday evening, which is why this day and time were chosen. We will be serving dinner as well. Anna will talk for ~45 minutes, followed by a 15-min Q&A.

Anna will be talking about general nutrition for women -- if you have specific questions or topics within nutrition/diet that you would like her to discuss, please email me, and I will forward the list to Anna.

I am anticipating at least 20 people for this event. This evening, I will post a sign-up sheet on the 1st floor bulletin board. If you are planning to attend the Health Talk, please sign up on the sheet before Oct. 17. Guests of residents are welcome to attend.
