North East Alliance for Graduate Education and the Professoriate (NEAGEP)

This National Science Foundation-funded effort brings together the University of Massachusetts, Amherst; Boston University; Massachusetts Institute of Technology; Pennsylvania State University; and Rutgers University. Collectively, these institutions are working to increase the number of unrepresented minority students in their graduate programs. Schools identified as primary partners in this effort include Long Island University, Medgar Evars College, Lincoln University of Pennsylvania, Jackson State University, and the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez.
