Graduate Alumni Convocation and Reunion on April 21-22

This first-ever event focuses on bringing together graduate alumni and members of the community for a celebration and exploration of the myriad ways MIT and its alumni impact the world as leaders and innovators.

Over two days, this event will include remarks by President Hockfield and Dean Ike Colbert, as well as a reception hosted by the Provost and Chancellor. The Graduate Student LIfe Grants will be showcased at the opening student/alumni reception in the Stata Center on Friday April 21 from 5:30p to 7p as one important example of the changing graduate student experience at MIT.

Graduate alumni from the US and abroad will convene for the weekend to learn what's new at MIT. To date, more than two hundred registrants represent thirteen different countries.

Registration is open through April 19; graduate students and young alumni are eligible for reduced registration fees. For full details, please visit the Alumni Association's web site. Note that all students and alumni (registered or not) are welcome at Friday's reception.
