Producer's Notes

The Budget The numbers below are based on recent shows. The producer has a total of $4000.00 to budget and will not reimburse those who go over-budget. You may not "borrow" from anyone else's budget. A more detailed handout is available in PDF format.

Costumes	$800.00	This includes the cost of renting and drycleaning.
Licenses	$300.00	Performance licenses must be acquired from the City of Cambridge.
Lighting	$300.00	We rent instruments from Mike Bromberg of Three Ring Circuits.
Makeup	$100.00	Some of the foundation cakes may need replacement.
Music	$500.00	A bass, snare drum and timpani are rented from the MIT Music.
Producer	$510.00	Food (set builds, put-in, strike) parties, and emergencies.
Programs	$0.00	Programs pay for themselves in advertisements.
Publicity	$200.00	LSC slides for performances, teasers, posters, tents, etc.
Props	$150.00	This includes the cost of all rentals.
Set	$1000.00	Pinafore is a one set show. This is a generous budget.
Strike Party	$100.00
Tickets	$40.00	We purchase tickets through APO.
