| GSSD is the acronym for the Global System
for Sustainable Development, a dynamic, knowledge-based meta-networking
system for supporting decision and policy, and representing stakeholder
expression and interest. Updated regularly, the GSSD knowledge base consists
of Internet holdings for over 250 institutions.
The logical progression is to enhance communication
and interactions between and across institutions to facilitate transitions
toward sustainability. This proposal is for a strategic approach to greater
synergism among current initiatives nationally and internationally.
