I am a research associate at the new Weizmann Artificial Intelligence Center (WAIC).

My research interests lie in the interdisciplinary area between computer and human vision, including human developmental learning and human cognition.
In particular, I am interested in computational modeling of visual intelligence, including the processes and mechanisms of visual perception and recognition, as well as the learning mechanishms of complex cognitive concepts.
Furthermore, I am interested in exploring the possible use of similar learning processes to tackle fundamental, yet very challenging problems in computer vision.

I am also a research affiliate at the McGovern Institute for Brain Research at MIT conducting research with Prof. Tomaso Poggio, Prof. Nancy Kanwisher and Prof. Joshua Tenenbaum in collaboration with the Center for Brains Minds and Machines.
