Concentration Form Help
All students must complete a HASS Concentration as part of the HASS Requirement. The Concentration Form is used to propose a Concentration and to obtain completion approval.
Students graduating in September 2014, February 2015, or June 2015 must continue to use the paper Concentration Forms. (Please see the Concentration section of this website for more information.)
Students graduating after June 2015 must use the online Concentration Form.
Proposal – This must be submitted by the student and approved by the Concentration Advisor by the end of the first week of classes second term junior year.
Completion – This must be submitted by the student and approved by the Concentration Advisor by the end of the first week of classes of the student’s final term.
