- Of course, I do plenty of things besides research, but only when I get time . I meet my friends, cook, play racquet games(mostly squash and tennis) or read random things (am a big fan of Wikipedia). In summer, I hope to again start sailing, something I started last summer (2006) and loved instantly.

I grew up in the Bandra area of Mumbai in India and went to St. Theresa's High School, National College and Institute of Chemical Technology; all in Mumbai, before coming to MIT. During my grad studies, I got to visit Germany and Japan, and spend the summer of 2005 in Switzerland. Browse through the pictures I took while I was there, by following the links on the right.
