• CO, FI, MM modules of SAP are being implemented with Phase I being basic financial systems, live from August 1998
• Rudimentary SD functionality is also being implemented in Phase I to replace
• manual invoice generation
• Pilot Resource Centres are being heavily involved in the design and testing of the systems
• The University is trialing the SAP procurement system as one of four pilot systems sponsored by the Higher Education Funding Council for England and Wales
• From August 1998 further roll out to departments
• Phase II may include Fund Management, Projects and Workflow
