HR-PM and FM have an integrated budget.
- The budget for personnel expenditures, which can be managed at the aggregated level only in FM, is drilled down in HR-PM.
Encumbrances for positions and persons are created in FM.
Payroll posting dissolves the encumbrances.
Personnel cost planning is applied to calculate the encumbrances per person.
