Budgeting Integration - availability checking
Availability control in monetary terms takes place in FM.
- I.e. it applies also to the “HR-triples” which are displayed in HR-PM as budget objects.
Additionally an availability control takes place in HR-PM. This availability control checks the amount of FTE.
- First, in HR-PM it is checked, whether sufficient FTE is available to process a particular action, such as e.g. funding or distributing budget from an budget object in FTE to another FTE - budget object on a lower level.
- Second, it is checked in FM whether sufficient monetary budget is available to process the particular action.
